ASU offers a number of free and accessible tutoring opportunities for our students, we are no different. We are the Fulton Schools of Engineering Tutoring Centers (FSETC). FSETC is part of Academic and Studentn Affairs, under the leadership of Dr. James Collofello. We are here to support Futlon Schools students, courses, and programs by providing the highest level of tutoring and support services possible through peer-lead programs.
Course Support
Materials and in-class presentations on available services are available as requested.
Request material or a presentation by contacting us.
Lead course review sessions for students to refresh their knowledge on a particular topic or subject covered in your course. FSETC can provide resources and support for these session.

Faculty are invited to hold workshop on a variety of topics that students may find helpful to succeed in their academic or professional pursuites. The goal of these workshops is to advance their knowledge and understanding on a particular or upcoming topic, assignment, or project. FSETC can provide resources and marketing support for these workshops.
Examples of this include a FE/PE Exam information session lead by a FSE Faculty member.

ASU students have access to free unlimited tutoring services. Students are encouraged to visit the Fulton Schools of Engineering Tutoring Center, to recieve support in their courses, through their five centers that can be found online and in-person centers. https://tutoring.engineering.asu.edu/
Formal
Faculty can partner with FSETC to provided focused small-group study sessions for their class. Formal Study Groups would require at least one Study Group Leader addend class each week to develop lessons plans in alignment with your curriclum. Where they would deliver a structured weekly one-hour review sessions covering current topics and reviewing the most difficult concepts of the week.
Informal
Faculty can partner with FSETC to provide semi-focused small-group study sessions for students in thier classes. Students will be invited to work together in a pre-designated location to pratice and review topics covered in class, improve understanding of current concepts. They will practice and review, using a series of practice problems each week developed by a Tutor, in alignment with the course.

Tutor Support
Deliver course review sessions for Tutors to advance or refresh their knowledge and understanding on a particular or upcoming topic, assignment, or project specific to your course and method of teaching.

Help FSETC prepare for upcoming projects, assignments, exams throughout your course, by sending us a copy of your syllabus. Having a syllabus will also help ensure that students and tutor adhere to expectations set by the instructor. These Syllabus files would not be shared with students and are for Tutor view only. Submit your syllabus at any point each semester.
Faculty are invited to share assignments and projects with FSETC early. Having access to reviewing a difficult assignment or project, will enable Tutors to practice and review the material needed to better serve students. These assignment files would not be shared with students and are for Tutor view only. Submit your project or assignment at any point each semester.
